The inspirational speech of Mr.Deen Furness modified my speculation on how to overcome the challenges.

If I were him, I would have been paralyzed; heartbroken.Rather, he had focused what next and moved further.There is a big message which he sowled was deeply rooted in my mind.

Everyone has a personal average, and they can achieve amazing things unless they measure their own average to compare with others.

Mr.Deen Furness

According to his story what I have learned is,

• Do not compare our average with others.
• Focus on your average and try to increase it sequently.
• Do not relinguish your consciousness and confidence in a difficult situation.
• Do not worry by thinking about bad times you had been face , rather be  make up on your good days.
• Move from bad circumstances and focus on what next.
• Find you within you.

Now, I  realize my mindset is  polished  by this   Inspirational Speech. And, I am sure it may assist me to overcome challenges and accomplish really amazing thing.
